Once the residence of an aristocratic family, it has been recently restored and transformed into a sumptuous holiday home that offers total peace and privacy.
The Villa is located just a few kilometers from the medieval village of Lucignano, elected one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room/dining room. Frescoed ceilings and antique paintings are accompanied by comfortable sofas, a television and a dining table.
The space also provides direct access to the vast park through a beautiful antique door.
Next to the living area we find a large kitchen with a large fireplace, terracotta floors and a barrel-vaulted brick ceiling.

On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom equipped for disabled guests, and two other bathrooms.

On the first floor there is a living room ideal for quieter moments and which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.

Nine characteristic bedrooms with wonderful views are distributed over three floors and feature a mix of double and single beds for comfort and flexibility.
Most of them have the use of a private bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are three splendidly furnished suites. Two of them have their own living area as an additional luxury feature and can also be used as family suites, with the use of a sofa bed.

The majestic access to the villa is through a cypress-lined avenue that is part of over seven hectares of completely fenced private park dotted with centuries-old trees.
The gardens host two dining areas, one near the Villa and one by the pool.
The Villa has a size of approximately 900 square meters.
