The property can sleep up to seven people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Il Molino is located 12 km (8 mi) from Bagni Di Lucca, Italy and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca - Garfagnana".

The house has a big garden, about 5000 sqm, and part of it (20 sqm) are fenced in case of the presence of a pet.
There is also a small cottage on the property where the owners spend a weekend from time to time in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
The house is equipped with wi-fi connection but being surrounded by forest the connection is not always stable.
