Teto is located 4 km (2 mi) from San Gennaro, Italy and only 18 km (11 mi) from Lucca. Holiday home Teto is a beautiful property (250 sq m) that includes air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 11 people comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms.

The Experience
Teto belongs to the Fattoria di Fubbiano, an estate producing one of the most renowned wines of the Lucca area. We also offer for rent here, since many years, two of the ancient properties belonging to the characteristic 'borgo': Fubbiano, the main villa, and Magrini, a restored farmhouse.
The property is divided in main house and small dependance.
Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. There is a kitchen including coffee machine, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 11 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
