The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).
Distances: Lucca with shops of all kinds 5 km away, Pisa 20 km, the Versilia area of the Tuscan coast (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta) is about 20 km away, Florence 80 km, the renowned Cinque Terre area is about 100 km away.
At guests' disposal: outdoor space with pool for guests' exclusive use (about 70 m2, 26 x 5 m - depth 1,20 m - open from 01/06 to 30/09), relaxation area inside the pool, fitness area, ping pong table, barbecue. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
