The small historical centre, surrounded by its beautiful walls, has a special charm which you will hardly find elsewhere.
Guests can enjoy a walk on the tree-lined walls, which are located just a few steps away from the apartment, which offer a privileged viewpoint of the city. From their 12m height guests can admire unique glimpses of the main monuments, belltowers, Palazzo Pfanner with its garden, Torre Guinigi with its holm oaks on top and the Botanical Gardens.
The historical centre is also worth a visit: Lucca is a beautiful art city, rich of beautiful churches, palazzi, squares and stunning sights. Piazza San Michele, Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, San Martino Cathedral, Guinigi Tower and the shopping lane Via Fillungo are not to be missed.
