For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and playground. Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.

The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 2nd floor is not inhabited and remains closed, whereas two rooms on the ground floor (at the garden level, below the house) are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to guests. The owners use these rooms only occasionally, preferring times when guests are not present, mostly to get the products to clean the pool and water the garden.

The surroundings of the house have a lot to offer to visitors who visit for the first time this region: quaint, little hamlets, historic villas with magnificent parks, delicious restaurants and the wine route which winds on the hills all around Montecarlo, the wine area of Lucca.
