Description

Villa La Fragola is a lovely property (100 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located , Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from Montepulciano. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.

The Experience
The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.



Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.

One room with access through the garden with shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the pool without entering the house.

After arriving at Villa La Fragola you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. The house is just 500 m from a very tiny village, Chianacce (grocery and coffe-bar, reachable on foot).
Closest restaurant 2 km far.
The nearest villages offering all shops/services are Foiano della Chiana and Bettolle (about 7 km).
The Guests can enjoy a visit to the wonderful Trasimeno lake (about 25 km).
