Villa La Fragola is a beautiful property (100 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located , Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from Montepulciano. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.

Your Experience
The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.



Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.

One room with access through the garden with shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the pool without entering the house.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. The nearest villages offering all shops/services are Foiano della Chiana and Bettolle (about 7 km).
