A side path leads to the lower garden level, which features a lush lawn and Mediterranean trees.

Parking Note: The property includes a secure, gated double parking space. Please note the entrance gate has a height limit of approx. 180 cm. Taller vehicles (such as large SUVs or vans) can be conveniently parked along the access road, just 50 meters from the entrance.
