Typical restored farmhouse immersed in the green wonderful woods in the hillside (600 m. about sea level) situated in the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps. The area is ideal for long walks, excursions on mountain bike or rock climbing. External space, partly paved partly with lawn furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, sun shade, barbecue, pizza oven and salt water pool (10x3,50 m., deep 170/40 cm., open 01.05-30.09.). External room with washing machine and ironing board. Panorama over the surrounding hills . One can use the water for cooking and washing; we recommend to buy mineral water for drinking. The last 80 m. of the road are asphalted but steep.
Ground floor : Large portico, entrance/living room with double divan bed and TV with sat. antenna/ kitchen corner with microwave oven & dishwasher/dining room with bathroom with shower, double bedroom, twin/double bedroom.

Sehr schön gelegen und super ruhig. Der Preis ist allerdings langer Anfahrtsweg auf sehr enger und schlechter Strasse.

Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Pass, aufgrund der Höhe ist es immer ein paar Grad kühler als im Tal. Der Pool ist insbesondere für Kinder ein Highlight, die Ausstattung des schönen Hauses ist ausreichend, aber nicht „vollständig“.
Die steile- nicht lange- Auffahrt stellt an sich kein Problem dar, aber mit etwas tiefer gelegenen Fahrzeugen setzt man zwangsläufig auf.
Auch die zu späterer Stunde in das Haus kommende kleine toskanische Skorpione trüben etwas die entspannte Atmosphäre!
