Above Pescaglia, far away from "civilisation", there is a large private house, divided into 2 units, the one on the upper right is occupied by the owner, the one on the left is reserved for holiday guests.
The large rustico further away is unrenovated and serves as a storage house.
The location is ideal for people who want to relax in pure nature, rest, trekking and long walks.
The house is accessible by stairs (downstairs cellar rooms) in front a kind of terrace with table and chairs and a small garden area.
Access to the house and a small pond.
Large kitchen with fireplace, dining table, oven and 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, ital. TV, stairs to the first floor.
Behind is dining room and a full bathroom (shower and WC).

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, alles war picobello sauber. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es als Willkommens Geschenk Wein, Kuchen, Salami und Käse, der Besitzer des Hauses wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine Sonnenterasse mit verschiedenen Mobiliar und es gibt im schattigen Bereich einen großen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Die Ruhe in den Bergen ist wunderbar zum entspannen. Man kann vom Haus aus wandern gehen oder einfach nur auf der Terrasse entspannen.
Einziger Minuspunkt war für mich die Anfahrt zum Haus, die war doch recht abenteuerlich, aber für Menschen ohne höhenangst sicher kein Problem.
Ein Paradies nahe dem Himmel! Die Sauberkeit in diesem Haus war auf sehr hohem Niveau, die Ausstattung sehr gut und der Eigentümer hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich, herzlich, großzügig und zuvorkommend. Wir durften 8 Tage verbringen und diese waren ein Geschenk für uns, die Natur und die Umgebung unberührt und fantastisch.

Hemos estado súper bien en esta casa no le faltaban detalles, en un entorno inmejorable, los niños estuvieron felices y nosotros los adultos de lujo, Giuliano el dueño espectacular un hombre encantador, recomiendo esta casa sin lugar a dudas es especial.

We had a wonderfull time in Casa del Piglione.
Giuliano is a very friendly person and hé gave us a warm welcome.
The road to the house was for us “challenging” It is very small nog and then, but we get used to it.
The house is in one word, Great.
It has 3 bathrooms and it was very clean.
The Nature is great here, you have to walk to monte Piglione for the Nice view.

We hebben als gezin een fijne vakantie gehad in deze net gerenoveerde vakantiewoning. De woning is ruim en netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien (goede WiFi!) en we werden bijzonder gastvrij ontvangen. Ruime slaapkamers met 3 badkamers, heel ruime (eet)keuken en zelfs aparte eetkamer. Alles schoon, verzorgd, netjes en compleet. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima. Wel jammer dat de vriendelijke uitbater zelf geen woord Engels spreekt maar met Google translate kom je een heel eind. Enige nadeel is dat de woning erg afgelegen ligt aan een smalle slechte bergweg van 4km. Om ergens te komen ben je al snel een uur onderweg. We zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf.
