Villa Ardene is located 3 km (2 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Orcia Valley". Villa Ardene is a beautiful stone building with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 14 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms.

The Villa staff can organize various customized services such as: guided tours of wineries in Montepulciano, tasting tours, E-bike rental or tour, airport shuttle services and much more.

The Villa consists of a main building and a dependance surrounded by a beautiful garden, each one offering several apartments and bedrooms with bathrooms. A communal dining-room with kitchen is available, accessible only from the outside and not connected with the rest of the property from the inside.

There is also an external barbecue, equipped with wood oven and pick-nick area .

Montepulciano can be reached on foot by the villa if you like walking.
It is part of a working farm, the owners breed animals and grow fruit trees and vegetables. Some cats are present on site.

Outdoor

A garden doesn't exist at the Villa Ardene, because the Villa Ardene IS a garden. The houses where the guests will spend their holiday are absorbed in the green of the typical Tuscan landscape. In the well-kept park you can admire stately secular trees such as the oaks, the holm oaks and the cypresses that sink their roots under a soft carpet of lawn crossed by paths paved with great smooth stones that will accompany you in silent places, panoramic and with thousands of flowers and bushes. Not only. The latches of the paths will also bring you to the edge of the suggestive rocky swimming pool surrounded by the hilly lawn of the olive trees where you can be contemplated absorbed in the most absolute silence, a view of Montepulciano and the valley that will touch you.

At guests' disposal: The pool will open from May until the end of September, size 6x12 m - depth 2.5 m.
