The property can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with six bathrooms. Conveniently located 1 km (3854 ft) from Montegonzi, Italy in the tourist area "Chianti" and only 35 km (22 mi) from Greve In Chianti.

The owners live 50m from the accommodation and have a dog, however their property is totally fenced as well.
