The holiday rental apartment "Il Centro" is located in Camaiore, and as the name implies, it is located in the center of the city in an easily accessible street.
It has just been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way.
It is located just 8.3 km from the sea of Versilia, in Lido di Camaiore, and therefore also an excellent starting point for a beach holiday and enjoying the streets of Camaiore with its bars and restaurants in the evening. The area around Camaiore is hilly and very green and together with its various villages, such as Casoli, Nocchi and Buchignano, it is very suitable for pleasant walks in nature. Candalla with its waterfalls is a good example.
The city also offers glimpses from a cultural point of view, such as the magnificent Badia di San Pietro or the museum of sacred art.
The holiday apartment is located in a small building, of only two apartments, on the first floor and is divided as follows:
- Bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning.
- Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
- Living room with sofa, dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning and exit to a terrace of the internal courtyard.
- Kitchen with breakfast table, 4 cooking fires, fridge/freezer, American coffee machine, toaster and oven.
- Bathroom with shower.
The whole apartment is covered by WiFi Internet.
The car can be parked in the nearby for payment parking lot or at 150 meters the free one.
Under the house there is a bar and pastry shop and a launderette nearby.
Animals are not allowed.

Ein wunderbares Appartement, dass wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Wirklich sehr sauber, eine tolle Ausstattung und die Lage in Camaiore ist nicht zu übertreffen!

Posizione centralissima, ma con parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Appartamento ristrutturato internamente, tutto nuovo, con il vantaggio di avere 2 bagni. L'host ci ha aiutato con tutti i dettagli necessari. Prezzo giusto, in definitiva: consigliato.

Ottimo e pulito appartamento, comodissimo per quattro persone. A pochi minuti di macchina di distanza dai principali bagni della zona e nei pressi di tutti i servizi. Ottima ospitalità e disponibilità!

Sehr schöne und moderne, neu renovierte Wohnung im Zentrum von Camaiore. Cafés und Altstadt mit Charme direkt um die Ecke. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die Region kennen zu lernen und zb Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz zu Besuch

Alloggio completamente ristrutturato, spazioso, comodo, vicino alla via pedonale con negozi, bar e ristoranti

Es ist eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Wir hatten genug Platz für 3 Personen und ein Baby. Restaurant und Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Man ist gleich im Herzen des Dorfes und hat es nicht wie zum Strand und zu den Städten.

L’appartamento è posizionato in una zona comodissima a ridosso in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i servizi, inoltre è dotato di tutti i comfort. Aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, due bagni e due comode stanze da letto. In futuro tornerò sicuramente

Eine super Gastgeberin, eine super Abwicklung und eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Camaiore. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist und das man den Puls und das Leben dieser schönen Stadt also gut spürt und hört :). Aus unserer Sicht würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort unseren Aufenthalt verbringen.
