It is located about 900 meters from the center of Camaiore, on the very first hills, on a private road and is surrounded by greenery with views of the town.
It has private parking for 4/5 cars in its own olive grove, 30 meters from the house.
The very large house is divided into two parts: one is occupied by the owners, and the other, with a private garden, is occupied by Casa Luigi.
The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.
Apartment 1 (4 people):
- Ground floor: living room with kitchen, full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
- First floor: two double bedrooms with private shower rooms and air conditioning.
Apartment 2 (4 people):
- First floor: living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms with private shower rooms and air conditioning.
Private bedroom (2 people):
- On the ground floor, with a private entrance, there is also a double bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Ideal for a couple or young people who want to be alone.

Only one small pet is allowed for a fee of €50.

wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 1 Baby im Haus. Es hat genügend Parkplätze und ist gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem augestattet. (Küche, Bettwäsche, Badetücher) Alcide, der Besitzer vom Haus, hat und herzlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung geben. Vielen Dank!

Vi har haft en skøn uge i 2 fine lejligheder i dejlige omgivelser. Så lækkert med pool området også at poolen var med saltvand. Det hele var så autentisk med den sødeste vært. Vi nød vores ferie i Camaiore.

Fantastiske omgivelser og super dejlige værter som bor lige ved siden af. Virkelig perfekt til en uge med afslapning og massere af pool til ungerne.

Site très relaxant, au pied de la montagne (plus frais que le bord de mer) et 15mn de la mer. Superbe pour nos 2 semaines avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et serviables. les abords du jardin et de la piscine sont arrosés et nettoyés tous les jours. bref magnifiques vacances. merci

On a passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement. L’entrée est magnifique et très bien décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable. L’intérieur est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il manque peut être quelques équipements de cuisine comme une bouilloire ou un lave vaisselle. Mention spéciale pour le propriétaire qui était adorable et toujours au petit soin. C’est un très bel endroit.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Luigi. Der Garten inkl. Pool ist großartig und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus, was aber gar nicht störend ist. Für den Fall dass man irgendwelche Nachfragen hat, ist er sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Mooie plek. Zeer ruim. Zeer aardige verhuurders!!! Ideale locatie voor als je het gebied wil ontdekken want je zit er midden in! Pisa aan de ene kant en La Spezia met Cinque Terre aan de andere kant met daar tussenin Lucca en Massa. Als je er toch bent ga dan ook naar; de grot van Antro del Corchia Levigliani. Zit er ook in de buurt. Neem wel een jas of trui mee van het is er koud binnen. Een echte aanrader. Als je juist van de rust wil genieten dan is deze verblijfplaats ook uitstekend! De buiten locatie is heel ruim. Lekker zwembad. voldoende schaduwplekken en een ruim grasveld. Parkeerplek voor meerdere auto's voor het huis. De verhuurders wonen aan de voorkant van het complex maar daar heb je totaal geen last van. Heb je vragen kan je ze stellen en ze helpen je gelijk. Het mooiste van de locatie is de gastvrijheid van de verhuurders!

Der Aufenhalt in der Casa Luigi war sehr gut. Der Pool ist sehr schön und der Gesamte Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und zwischendurch hatten wir immer wieder Spaß am Tischtennis spielen. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wesentlich moderner, wie Sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Ansonsten kann man nur sagen das für uns Camaiore super gelegen ist, da man schnell in Berge und Kultur eintauchen kann, bspw. mit einer fahrt in Bergdörfchen oder nach Lucca. Und man ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten am Strand. Viele Grüße und Danke für den schönen Urlaub.
