Description
Casa del Borgo is a renovated holiday home at 500 meters from the center of Camaiore, Tuscany, and offers space for up to 5 people.
Near the Badia, 5 minutes walk from the city center, where you can stroll through the alleys and discover all its beautiful shops and restaurants. But even the sea is only 9.6Km and therefore easily accessible to spend the day on the beach in Viareggio or Lido di Camaiore.
The house is from the 1800s just renovated to new, keeping the exposed wooden beams and its rustic character.
It is the first of a series of attached houses and they have a common entrance courtyard, where a guest table is however available.
In front of the house, however, there is a large fenced garden of over 2000sqm with olive trees available to guests with two parking spaces behind automatic gate, table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for your outdoor days.
A part of the land is cultivated as a vegetable garden by the owner.
The street where the holiday home is located is closed-end, so the only ones who pass it are the residents.
In some points it tends to tighten and therefore the use of utility cars is recommended. No Buses.
Casa del Borgo in Camaiore is composed as follows:

Cellar: access from the street, you will find the owner's tool room with washing machine for guests.
The windows have mosquito nets.
A cot and a highchair are available on request.
Animals are not allowed.

Die Ausstattung und die Größe des Hauses und des Gartens waren extrem großzügig. Der Host hat sehr flexibel auch auf weit verspätete Ankunftszeit reagiert und war bei Problemen immer hilfsbereit und schnell vor Ort. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Lage ist fußläufig nah am Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Meer (20min) und ortsnahe Wanderwege sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ohne Beschwerden.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Casa del Borgo verbracht. Das Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert, ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Direkt vor dem Haus im Hof gibt es eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit, der Garten ist gegenüber des Hauses, dort gibt es einen großen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle und einen Grill.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, fernab vom Trubel am Lido, den Ortskern mit Restaurants und Geschäften erreicht man bequem zu Fuß. Der Strand ist mit öffentl. Bus oder Auto schnell erreichbar.
Ein sehr schönes Haus, Roberto und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Vermieter - wir kommen gerne wieder!
