Description
A few kilometers from Bocca di Magra, on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, is the vacation home “La Sevillana”. Single villa of about 80sqm with 5 beds, private pool and private garden.
From here you can visit the best places in the area, such as the Cinque Terre, Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca - or make wonderful excursions to Lunigiana. But Portovenere or Lerici are also a short distance away. You can explore Liguria, as well as northern Tuscany.
This vacation home in Liguria is located at the end of a private road, which is partly unpaved and not suitable for cars that are too low and/or inexperienced drivers. Once you arrive at your destination, walk down the access road to the automatic gate.
Immediately beyond it you are presented within the private garden, two covered parking spaces.
Private garden:
- Private chlorine-purified swimming pool, measuring 6 x 4 meters, 1.40m deep.
- Lawn with olive trees.
- Area around pool with shower, barbecue.
- Veranda with dining table and sitting area for relaxing in the shade.
Internally, the vacation house in Ameglia is composed as follows:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Paola et son mari sont d’une gentillesse et d’un accueil incroyables. À notre arrivée, une salade de fruits fraîche nous attendait, et durant le séjour, nous avons eu la délicate surprise de trouver un gâteau maison devant la porte. La maison est très bien équipée, parfaitement propre et idéalement située. Leur attention et leur hospitalité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement, vous y passerez à coup sûr un tres bon moment encore un grand merci à vous !

Das Haus und die Umgebumg war super schön.Da das Haus in einer Sackgasse,das letute Haus, hatten wir viel Ruhe.Ideal für Familien mit Kindern oder Hunden Das ganze Gelände ist Eingezäumt und Gesichert.Ein ganz besonderes Danke an Paola und Nicola sie haben und Empfangen und Betreut. Zwei ganz besondere Menschen.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufendhalt.Kommen gerne wieder
