The Carnival of Viareggio in 2021 - When will it be held?
The Viareggio Carnival this year, 2021, will undergo a substantial change, it will be held between late summer and early autumn.
This is obviously due to the Covid-19 problem and had never happened in its nearly 150 years of history.
The Carnival of Viareggio will be held between September 18th and October 9th 2021 and precisely:
Saturday 18 September - 6 pm
1st MASKED COURSE
2nd MASKED COURSE
Sunday 26 September - 4 pm
Saturday 2 October - 6 pm
3rd MASKED COURSE
Sunday 3 October - 4 pm
4th MASKED COURSE
Saturday 9 October - 6 pm
5th MASKED COURSE
This is an excellent opportunity to extend the summer season for the Versilia Area.
It will be very nice to go and see the floats that parade after taking a dip in the sea .... and why not, even after.
