Villa Umbra is a lovely stone building (600 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Città Di Castello, Italy in the tourist area "San Sepolcro And Surroundings" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Arezzo.

Upon arrival at Villa Umbra you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Umbria. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 15 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Italian, the fully furnished veranda is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Italian weather.

This beautiful farmhouse is divided internally into 3 non-communicating apartments: 1 (sleeps 5) on the ground floor and 2 (sleeps 4 and 6 people) upstairs. On the ground floor there is also a large room for the guests use, set up on 2 levels with large fireplace, tables and chairs, WC and 3 steps below: a big professional kitchen with oven, freezer, stove and dishwasher.
The area is renowned for its truffles and the owners organize (on request) wonderful truffle and game based dinners.
