Villa Marina

Villa Marina is a beautiful holiday rental (300 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located 9 km (5 mi) from Terranuova Bracciolini, Italy in the tourist area "Arno Valley" and only 31 km (19 mi) from Arezzo. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 7 km (5 mi) from the property where you can purchase groceries and personal items.

The Property is composed of the main Villa and an annex (distance about 10 m between the 2 buildings).

2 single sofa-beds are available on request and under payment, they are placed in the living area on Floor 2.

When you arrive you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
