The villa is accessible on foot from the parking area by a track of approx. 250m. The villa owners will assist you with your luggage when you arrive.

Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the sea and the mountains ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Outdoors you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

Parking

Parking is not within the grounds of the property. There is an allocated parking area approximately 300m from the house and then access to the property is via a footpath (uneven surface). The property manager will meet you on arrival and help you move your luggage from your car to the villa.
