Beautifully furnished and well-kept detached house with garden in the Montignoso district, approx. 3 km from the sea. The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner's property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine. The spacious living room with pellet stove has a flat screen TV, table and sofa. A few stairs up is the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a french bed and an additional bed.
From the house you can admire the panorama of Castello Aghinolfi.

House Pera is situated approx. 3km from the centre (Cinquale) and approx. 7km from Forte dei Marmi. Grocery shop approx. 400m, the nearest lake is only approx. 1km away and offers wonderful walks for dog and owner, the railway station in Massa is approx. 4km away.

Montignoso is a small independent village between Massa and Forte dei Marmi and also includes Cinquale by the sea. The Apuan Alps are within sight, Carrara and its marble quarries are about 10 minutes away and well worth a visit.
Excursions: Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre. Cosy restaurants and pubs everywhere.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, es hat eine überdachte Veranda mit Grill und einen großen, eingezäunten Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund auch. Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Meer und sehr schnell in den Bergen mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Einzig die Lage zwischen zwei kleinen, aber stark frequentierten Straßen ist nicht unbedingt etwas für Ruhesuchende.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem ausgesprochen schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus war klasse ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der große, komplett eingezäunte Garten hat unserem Galgo sehr gefallen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Lucca, Viareggio, Lerici, etc.. Vielen Dank nochmals an Patricia für den herzlichen Empfang und die ständige Erreichbarkeit, sollte etwas sein. Wir haben die Gegend und die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Vielen Dank
