The newly built house offers a large garden area shaded by pine and palm trees and Mediterranean plants, that faces out towards the sea.

An internal spiral staircase and an external one connect the two floors.

Furnished with taste, the cosy interior includes a living room, a modern kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The holiday villa in Sicily is also equipped with wi-fi Internet, 5 TVs, satellite receiver, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The property has an excellent location, besides being a favourite with sea and snorkelling lovers, just a few kilometres away from Syracuse historic centre, Noto and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari, which is also convenient for visiting Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. Marinella is just a few minutes’ drive away from Arenella and Fontane Bianche’s beautiful sandy beaches.
