Immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the Belluno Dolomites, this mountain hut dating back to the end of the 19th century has recently been restored, preserving its old charm and retaining the warmth of the wood and the beauty of the stones, but is equipped with all modern comforts. In the garden, dedicated only to guests, there is a beautiful table around which to dine. And when you don't feel like cooking, just cross the road to enjoy the specialities of the nearby hut.

Guests have free access to the wellness centre 50 metres away and can relax between a Finnish sauna and a hay bath. Outside, they can soak in the tub while admiring the splendid view of the Belluno Dolomites, or read a book in the relaxation area. Also available: 2 free e-bikes to explore the wonderful surroundings.

We are located at an altitude of 780 metres, surrounded by meadows and forests. From here you can set off on endless hikes or bike tours, following mountain bike or Nordic walking routes. You will also be able to visit the most beautiful Dolomites in the province of Belluno, just over an hour away the Marmolada and Civetta, the Bellunese Pre-Alps, beautiful historic villages such as Mel (12km) or Cison di Valmarino (18km) and the splendid art cities of Veneto (Belluno 20km, Treviso 60km, Venice, Padua and Vicenza 100km).

This is the realm of sports in all seasons: cycling, hiking, windsurfing, kitesurfing (at Lake Santacroce 30km), kayaking and canyoning in the many nearby streams. Hang gliding and paragliding on the Serva and Dolada mountains. In winter, skiing on Mount Nevegal (16km). A car is necessary to get around, and for safety reasons it is forbidden to recharge the electric car via the house network.

The house has two floors connected by a wooden staircase.

On the ground floor:

- the kitchen with a pallet cooker, the dining room with a second kitchen a il larin (a hearth around which to sit and talk about the day), a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.

Going up the wooden staircase

- on the landing is the second spacious bathroom with shower and infrared sauna
- while on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a suite consisting of two rooms (one double and a living room with sofa bed + bathroom with shower).
