The property is located just 15 minutes by car from the ancient city of Arezzo, on the edge of the Casentino Forests and the Verna Park. Also within walking distance (about 200 m) is a tennis court, shared with guests Villa Olivi and Vogognano. The covered terrace with pizza oven, the panoramic veranda and the terrace on the second floor allow guests to admire the beautiful view and spend pleasant moments outdoors. The location is so charming that many couples choose it to celebrate their unforgettable wedding in Tuscany! Upon request, the owner organizes dinners, lunches and cooking classes (to be paid locally). The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Two baby cribs are also available upon request. Excursion suggestions: 4 km Subbiano, 35 km Caprese Michelangelo, 48 km Cortona, 70 km Florence, 15 km golf course.

Villa Castelluccio in the main body consists on the ground floor of double living room with separate kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom.
On the second floor, on the other hand, we find four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which are double and two with two single beds.

In the outbuilding we find a living room, laundry room, separate kitchen with small bathroom, while on the second floor there is a double room with ensuite bathroom and a twin room with ensuite bathroom.
