The property can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms.

The property is composed of the main building and the annex, however they are connected by a loggia.

The Experience
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

In order to reach the property, you have to travel a dirt, partially paved road for approximately 300m.

IMPORTANT: One side of the property and a part of the garden adjoins "San Lorenzo" (about 30 m. away) and they are divided simply by a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate and independent entrance, outdoor pool and private spaces. There is the possibility of booking both houses together.
