Description

Beautiful rustic on the hills of Seravezza in Versilia, Tuscany, renovated in 2017.
It offers a wonderful view of the mountains that stand in front and views of Seravezza and it is only 8,7km from the sandy beaches of Forte dei Marmi.

Here it is all green, pure nature that surrounds the house.
After the house, the road ends, so there is no car passage.

It has a beautiful terraced garden with several areas:
- A lawn in front of the house.
- Gazebo area for outdoor dining.
- Wellness area with whirlpool.

There is 1 parking space in front of the house.

To reach the holiday home you have to take a hilly road, sometimes narrow and with many hairpin bends, and therefore traveling with too large cars is not recommended. Small cars are fine, Buses or vans are not.

The Vista Apuane holiday home is arranged on 3 levels in this way:

- Ground floor with bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, bidet) and living room with sofa bed and TV.

- First floor with kitchen: oven, 4 burners, dining table, coffee machine and door to the outside.

- Second floor attic with double bed, sofa bed and air conditioning.

It has free WiFi.
