La casa è come descritto .. una tipica casa Toscana in pietra con una vista spettacolare sulla Versilia e il mare. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e la casa offre tutto quello che uno necessita. Posso consigliare questa casa senza nessun dubbio !!!

Logement magnifique, idéalement placé, pour la visite de la Toscane. Il est parfait pour 5 à 6 personnes avec vue sur la mer tout en étant en altitude. Le site est calme, entourée de vigne ou de potager, attention amis des villes, il y a des coqs chez les voisins. Ian qui n’est pas le propriétaire ou les propriétaires eux mêmes, répondent rapidement aux interrogations. Je recommande vivement

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ripa und wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Berg. Es war herrlich während der Mahlzeiten im Garten den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Hinter dem Haus kann man im Schatten herrlich im Liegestuhl unter den Olivenbäumen entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fast alle Fenster hatten einen Insektenschutz, was super bei der diesjährigen Mückenplage war. Das Haus war mit allem gut ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In Forte dei Marmi sind allerdings die meisten Strandabschnitte Privatstrände, die wenigen kleinen öffentlichen Strandabschnitte sind zumindest im Juli sehr voll gewesen, aber man hat immer ein Plätzchen gefunden. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
