Conveniently located 6 km (4 mi) from Saturnia, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 66 km (41 mi) from Montalcino. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.

What to Expect
La Campanina is a characterful small family villa situated in the lower Maremma - a still relatively wild territory in the Southern part of Tuscany - with the ancient hamlet of Poggio Capanne at walking distance, with bar/restaurant.  As far as the eye can see the view from the house is on rolling hills and uncontaminated countryside, where you may even gaze at roes and deer.
Having a wood-stove and a central underfloor heating, the house is also perfect for off-season gateways for enjoying the nearby spa or for exploring the region.
After arriving you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

At less than 10 km from Saturnia, one of Italy's most historic thermal sources with natural Waterfalls. In recent times a Spa and Golf Resort (with a 18-holes Golf course) was built close by.
