La Terrazza di Cinciano is located on one of the beautiful hills in the Chianti Classico region, between Barberino Val d’Elsa and Poggibonsi, it spreads over 133 hectares.
Cinciano is a charming village of medieval origins.
From it´s dominating position one overlooks the enchanting Tuscan countryside, the villages of Linari, Sant’Appiano and Barberino Val d’Elsa - and all the way to San Gimignano.
The holiday farm grew around the manor and some of the old buildings have been refurbished into beautiful apartments (one is La Terrazza di Cinciano) with respect for the traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wooden beams and the typical fireplaces of a country house.
These apartments are furnished with great care and equipped with every comfort. They are surrounded by spacious green areas and shadowy patios.
There is also large swimming pool at disposal for the guests. Depending on the weather, the opening and closing dates of the pool may vary.
The property features a restaurant Osteria1126 where breakfast is served but also open for lunch and dinner on request.
It is possible to take suggestive walks through the woods, the olive groves and the vineyard of the farm.

This charming open space created from the old stable is equipped with a fireplace, corner kitchen in masonry, dining area and a relaxation area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table. From the French window of the sitting room you can go directly onto the large panoramic terrace (9m x 9m) equipped with garden chairs and table.From the living room a wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
