Description
Le Ciocche is a holiday home in rustic style for 5 people with private pool and private garden in the Pistoia hills, inside the greenery and tranquility of the "Svizzerra Pesciatina", built entirely of stone showing its charm both outside and inside.
The location is ideal for relaxing in the nature, surrounded by plants, with no traffic and quiet. The area offers many hiking and mountain biking tracks.
The property starts from the parking lot where two cars can be parked.
Continuing from the parking, starts the private area of the holiday house with a beautiful evergreen garden, a covered veranda where you can spend evenings outdoors and in proximity the barbecue.
Some steps next to the house and going through the back you reach the pool area equipped with deck chairs and umbrella overlooking the hills.
Pool measures: 6 x 3 m, 1.20 m deep, open from May to September.
The whole area of the house is for the exclusive use of the clients.
The neighbor, uncle of the owners, will be on hand if you need him.
The owners will come twice a week to water the plants and take care of the vegetable garden (visible from the house) which can make use also customers, picking tomatoes, onions, zucchini and more.

The Holiday Home:
Access in the living room with satellite TV (foreign channels), fireplace and sofa.
Then there is a small room with dining table for 4 persons, wood stove and stairs leading upstairs. On the right of the dining area is the kitchen with 4 cooking rings, electric oven, toaster, fridge / freezer, washing machine and coffee maker.
First floor: room with double bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi, walking through room with a single bed that leads to the second double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
Internet Access Available for guests with limited 5GB traffic.
Pets are welcome.

Diese Haus ist wirklich schön! Es liegt in den Bergen, bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit muss man mind. 15 Minuten fahren (vielleicht wichtig, wenn man -so wie wir- Kinder hat, denen im Auto übel wird) Die Fotos zeigen genau das, was man vorfindet. Der untere Bereich ist nicht so großzügig, was aber nicht so schlimm ist, da wir bei meistens guten Wetter wunderbar draußen essen konnten. Der obere Bereich hat für uns als fünfköpfige Familie gut ausgereicht, die zwei Bäder sind perfekt! Der kleine Pool ist an heißen Tagen eine gute Erfrischung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und haben uns mit viel selbst angebautem und hergestelltem verwöhnt! Es war wirklich toll!

Wir konnten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten italienischen Häuschen verbuchen. Die Beschreibung ist sehr genau und auch die Bilder stimmen mit allem überein. Die Alleinlage läd zur Erholung ein, der Pool ist überaus erfrischend, aus dem Garten darf mitgeerntet werden, im Haus ist alles was man als Urlauber braucht und die Gastfreundschaft von den Vermietern ist sehr herzlich.
