The villa is ideally located for sightseeing in Florence, just a 15-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum or Piazza della Signoria, which are the heart of the city's historic district. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the Villa. Whether by foot, bus, or cab it is very easy to reach the center without the need to have a rental car. The nearest restaurants, breakfast places, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. are all within walking distance.
The interior of Casa delle Camelie is spread over two floors: on the ground floor a large entrance hall, double living room with TV (Sky satellite channels), dining room with large table (which can seat up to 12 people), fully furnished kitchen, and fully equipped laundry room. Both, the kitchen and living room, have direct access to the private garden. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: two doubles with ensuite bathroom and one with two single beds, and another bathroom. All rooms on the second floor are air conditioned.
The entire Villa has been recently renovated with brand new beds, mattresses, sofas, curtains and carpets of the best Italian quality as well as new paint for each room. Several unique pieces of furniture have been added to create a very elegant, sophisticated and cozy atmosphere.
