A real gem at only 900 Meters from the center of Camaiore, in Versilia, Tuscany.
The private hill on which the beautiful rustic property is located is reached from the main road - you have no idea that there is a house there, everything is hidden and screened off by trees and vegetation giving you a 100% privacy during your stay.
A private path of approx. 200m leads to the house from the gate.
Above a covered carport for a maximum of 2 cars. More parking spaces on site.
The house is rustic, very cozy, ideal for relaxing - around the house there are 4 terraces or verandas where you can dine or read a long-planned book.
An area with barbecue and wood fired oven is also available.
On the top of the garden is the private swimming pool (5m in diameter, 1.20m deep) made of wood with nearby a terrace with sunshade and sunbeds.
It is about 9km to the sea of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.

Ground floor: large covered pergola with seats, entrance hall, large kitchen-dining room, double laundry room, dining room, living room with fireplace, dressing room, bathroom and 1 double bedroom.
First floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fireplace, 2 further double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub.

Once a week the garden and pool is maintained.

Großartiges Ferienhaus mit einer wunderschönen Lage. Entspricht alles dem Inserat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique maison où nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 6. Très bien agencée et équipée, c'est un lieu très agréable et reposant. La piscine est plus grande que les photos ne le suggèrent. La déco est cependant un peu "baroque".

Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem Hügel. Wir waren mit 7 Personen und einem Labrador vor Ort. Das Haus ist idyllisch mit großen Garten. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und somit ideal mit Hund. Zu Fuß in den Ort dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Es gibt auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Tolles Haus an absolut genialer Lage! Keine Nachbarn weit und breit. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Zum Meer (Viareggio mit Vorteil) 20 Minuten per Auto. Für Fahrräder eher ungeeignet, da am Hügel (100 M.ü.M) und teilweise enge Hauptstrassen. Aber alles in allem: Super und zutreffend inseriert!
