The holiday apartment is part of a rustic farmhouse renovated in typical Tuscan style, immersed in an ancient olive grove. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen. Private, fenced outdoor area with pergola.

The flat, consisting of ground floor and first floor, is part of a rustic building carefully restored in typical Tuscan style on the hills of Camaiore, immersed in a large centuries-old olive grove with a beautiful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, from which it is about 10 km away.

In front of the house there is a large private area with pergola, equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco as well as deck chairs. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. A short flight of stairs leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms: one double with adjoining shower-bath and one with three beds, one single and two bunk beds, adjoining the main bathroom with tub. There are two other lodgings in the building, one is inhabited by the owners, the other is also rented out.

The house is furnished with care and equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, barbecue, iron, hairdryer, DVD player, television, bed linen, blankets, duvets and towels, cot, WI-FI Internet connection, mosquito nets. In the intermediate and winter seasons there is the possibility of using the gas radiator heating (as an extra with consumption at the meter charged to the guests) and the fireplace (also as an extra with the cost of the wood charged to the guests). The accommodation offers all the comforts for a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

It can be reached by car from Montebello di Camaiore in a few minutes by a road that is narrow, steep and has many bends in the last stretch. Not recommended for inexperienced drivers and/or those with low or large cars.

Once you arrive, you will feel enveloped by a great quietness and peace of nature, ideal for relaxing between the mountains and the sea. The peace and beauty of this place are unparalleled and can be enjoyed even more by admiring the sunrises over the nearby mountains, and the sunsets over the sea, but also by taking long walks around the vast property.
