Leopolda in Selvarella pool and Wi-Fi is an ancient 18th-century farmhouse, 600 m from the village of Badia Agnano, a hamlet of the municipality of Bucine, halfway between Arezzo and Siena and ideal for excursions in Tuscany.
The villa with private and fully fenced 5000 m² garden, the saltwater swimming pool (6x12 is open from 15/5 to 15/10) is in a panoramic and sunny position, with umbrellas and deck chairs, loggia equipped with oven and brick barbecue. Is located within an organic farm.

Access is via a 100 m private gravel road in good condition.
Distances: Montevarchi 16 km, Arezzo 26 km, Gaiole in Chianti 35 km, Siena 49 km, Florence 65 km. Some suggestions for excursions: Arezzo is a jewel of medieval architecture and culture with its merchant palaces, patrician houses and sacred buildings. The city is also known for its goldsmith industry and the antiques market held once a month in Arezzo's historic center. Siena, on the other hand, has one of the most beautiful squares in the world, the shell of the Piazza del Campo, where the Palio, a medieval horse race, is held twice a year; also, the imposing Duomo, the ancient city hall, and a multitude of art treasures that can be admired in various museums.
