Villa Girgenti is located in the Contrada Mendolito area, located in southern Sicily, near the sea of Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, the popular beaches of San Leone and the white cliffs of the Scala dei Turchi.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden, overlooking the large swimming pool and the beautiful Jacuzzi enclosed in the rocks.
Villa Girgenti is consists of two levels: on the ground floor a spacious living area with lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen and a service bathroom; on the first floor, connected by an internal staircase and lift, there is a double bedroom including a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi and hydromassage shower and two further bedrooms with private bathroom.
Next to the villa there is an annex with two other double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. For guests there are also numerous outdoor spaces dedicated to leisure and relaxation, such as the loggia with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area, porch, terraces, garden, swimming pool, solarium, games room, soccer field.
In the new outdoor kitchen complete with everything and includes 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 espresso coffee machines, cooking rings: 7 induction and 3 gas, 7 TVs.
