The house is facing the sea, just under 10 meters from the splendid beaches of San Foca, an enchanting Adriatic beach named 5 sails 2021 and you will be greeted by fine white sand and the Caribbean sea that can be reached on foot by simply opening the front door.
The holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people and has a garden, private sea view terrace and complete bathroom with outdoor shower.
