Pro: Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Strand und mit Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Kontra: Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach. Die Preise sind sehr hoch. Nur ein Restaurant in der Nähe wo man abends essen gehen kann. Auch die Preise der Liegen in Punta Prosciutto sind extrem hoch. Als Mieter wird einem ein Wochenrabatte gewährt.
